This is an all encompassing training program that focusses on strengthening and toning every muscle group, while burning stubborn fat and increasing your cardiovascular endurance.

The Elevate your Body 3 Day Split is an 8 week plan that will help you get in super effective workouts in minimal time!  Getting fit doesn't have to be complicated.  Simple exercises from your own home can be a great choice for achieving gains in strength, flexibility, boosting cardiovascular fitness, burning fat + overall health.

This is a full body training program that focuses on strengthening and toning every muscle group, while burning stubborn fat with supersets (circuits of 2-3 exercises with minimal rest between).  This program has a great core focus!
