8 Week Program

Elevate Full Body


The Elevate your Body 3 Day Split is an 8 week plan that will help you get in super effective workouts in minimal time!  Getting fit doesn't have to be complicated.  Simple exercises from your own home can be a great choice for achieving gains in strength, flexibility, boosting cardiovascular fitness, burning fat + overall health.

This is a full body training program that focuses on strengthening and toning every muscle group, while burning stubborn fat with supersets (circuits of 2-3 exercises with minimal rest between).  This program has a great core focus!


  • Organized weekly training schedule

  • This is all laid out within my Armour Fitness App; therefore, it is available on any of your devices and can be taken wherever you go.

  • An exercise overview where you will find video demos of each movement.

  • Full warm ups and cool down with flexibility and mobility training.

  • Core workouts

  • Helpful tips and extra coaching content on how to achieve the best results from your training and nutrition.


The Elevate Full Body 3 Day Split is an 8 week long Program  with workouts 3 times per week with one optional cardio day and a BONUS workout for those weeks where the stars just happen to align and you can get in a little more than usual.  Brand new workouts are dropped every 2 weeks to keep you progressing and to keep you engaged!


This Program requires very minimal home equipment: dumbbells and workout bands is all you need!  An exercise ball is helpful but a couch or bed can be used if needed.
